i have bought the 98$ for 2years pack hosting from hostmonster hosted my 4 sites on it. at the first of the beginning my hosting IP was banned by the local GFW and i have to use the proxy to open it. but soon that ip was available here again so i have not to buy any dedicated ip anymore. i satified with it so far really.
